OUUC 2023 Summer UU Reading Fun Event - Newsy Bits & Shopping Tips #3

Greetings fellow book lovers,

As promised, here’s how SUURF 2023 will be a bit different than OUUC’s prior online book sales:

• Most of the product images you will see are now ‘stock photos’. We only took our own photos of books with unusual wear or if we just couldn’t find a photo that looked like our copy (and of course, for books we listed before we decided to use stock photos).
• You will now see descriptions for most of the items, with information such as Year, format*, condition (if exceptionally nice or more worn than usual), awards won, a summary, and possibly some excerpts from Amazon reviewers. Use the ‘Quick View’ option (instead of ‘Add to Cart’) to see the description.
• We added a Blog menu option where we’re posting issues of Newsy Bits & Shopping Tips. So, if you’re a new subscriber, be sure and check out the Blog for more tips!

We hope to ‘see you’ in the SUURF Bookstore - which opens tomorrow, June 13, at 8am at www.books-ouuc.com/ - often over the next six days!

*Format: HC = hardcover, HCDJ = hardcover with a dust jacket, PB = trade paperback. If no format is noted, the book is probably a trade paperback.
