OUUC 2023 Summer UU Reading Fun Event - Newsy Bits & Shopping Tips #5

Greetings fellow book lovers,

Welcome to Day 3 of our six-day SUURF Bookstore fundraiser!

We appreciate your help spreading the word about SUURF! It was great seeing some new shoppers in the Store yesterday. Please keep sharing the www.book-ouuc.com link!

We added more books this morning – and we’ll be adding even more each day. You’ll see the 'newest adds' first when you click on Shop Now or All Books. (By the way, if you have books to donate, please let us know )

Check out some of these special searches:

• NW - for books that feature our Pacific Northwest region in some way (and unfortunately some books with words in their titles or descriptions that include ‘nw’ – oops!).
• Featured – for some of the newer and higher market value books.
• Signed - for books signed by their authors (at least the ones we noticed . . . ).
• Justice - for books aligned with UU values – such as building community and cultural awareness, economic justice, environmental care, and anti-racism.
• UU – for books about Unitarian Universalism or by UU authors
• And these: LGBTQ, Holiday, True-Crime, Graphic-Novel, gift-worthy, and Women

You can also try browsing Miscellaneous Non-Fiction and Children’s Non-Fiction. Some of the more intriguing titles landed in those ‘catch-all’ categories.
