OUUC 2023 Summer UU Reading Fun Event - Newsy Bits & Shopping Tips #7

Welcome to Day 5 of our six-day SUURF Bookstore fundraising event! Based on the brisk shopping activity already this morning, we are headed into a BIG shopping weekend and a SELL-OUT sale. Woot!! 

We just added more books and set the Shop Now/All Books sort back to NEW for the next couple hours - so you, our loyal subscribers, can have first shot at the new arrivals. IF we get more book donations today, we'll do the same thing tomorrow morning . . . And be sure and try these Special Searches while you're shopping - our virtual shelves are still crammed with great books!

• NW - for books that feature our Pacific Northwest region in some way.
• Featured – for some of the newer and higher market value books.
• Signed - for books signed by their authors .
• Justice - for books aligned with UU values – such as building community and cultural awareness, economic justice, environmental care, and anti-racism.
• UU – for books about Unitarian Universalism or by UU authors
• And also LGBTQ, Holiday, True-Crime, Graphic-Novel, gift-worthy, and Women

One more quick note . . . all of the paperbacks in the SUURF Bookstore. are the full size trade paperbacks. You'll find the smaller mass-market paperbacks at OUUC's in-person Books Brownies & Beans sale (watch for that on October 28).
